How is it that the kids of the richest nation in the world test below average in science? Two people, Gary Stokoe and Karen Shepherd chose to view this issue as an opportunity and did something about it. They created Experium Science Academy. Experium is a lab-based science program that offers after-school courses in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering for Kindergarten through 8th grade students. Students use state-of-the-art, university-level equipment and engage in an exciting, inquiry-based curriculum designed to spark wonder and discovery. They made science cool again.

Brand33 was selected to create the name, identity and brand standards, environmental graphics, website, sales collaterals and study materials.

Bigger is better.

Super graphics were used throughout the learning environment. They were designed to create a fun atmosphere and to visually communicate the importance of the subject matter. Bright, stimulating colors were used throughout to create a palpable sense of energy and excitement.

Using a fresh approach helped put a new look on this unique educational opportunity. Bold colors and contemporary layouts complement a communication style filled with visual and literary puns.
